The only personal data this site collects is what you submit through the enquiry form. There are no accounts to create and no hidden data gathering.

We use your enquiry to respond to you and to assess whether an engagement is a good fit. We do not sell your data, share it with third parties for their own use, or add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Enquiry data is held for a maximum of 90 days where no engagement follows, then deleted. Where an engagement begins, the associated records are retained for 7 years in line with our professional obligations, after which they are deleted.

Submissions are transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored in a managed, access-controlled database. Access is limited to advisory staff who need it to respond to your enquiry.

You can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email contact@montekhi.com and we will action the request and confirm when it is complete.
